8 squat racks (3 with platforms for Olympic lifting), 8 benches, dumbbells to 100 lbs, full plate-loaded machine line, cable systems. Industry-standard premium equipment (Hammer Strength, Cybex, BodyMaster).
Cardio floor
20 treadmills, 12 ellipticals, 8 rowers, 8 stationary bikes (4 spin), 4 stair climbers, 2 ski ergs. Personal screens with Netflix + workout videos.
Functional training area
Turf area, sleds, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, battle ropes, slam balls. Used for personal training + open functional time + group classes.
Group fitness studio
Mirrored studio for HIIT, yoga, cycle, strength classes. Mounted screens for class formats. 30-person capacity. Heated for hot yoga days.
Recovery suite
Sauna (4-person), HydroMassage chairs (2), stretching area, foam rollers, massage table. Premium amenity not always at Anytime locations; we invested in this for our members.
Locker rooms + showers
Full locker rooms, showers, day-use lockers (free), monthly locker rentals ($15/mo). Towel service available ($5/visit) — not standard at most Anytime locations.

HIIT — daily
30-45 min high-intensity intervals. Heart-rate-driven. Mix of bodyweight + light equipment + sled work. 4-5 classes per week. Beginners welcome — modifications offered.
Yoga (vinyasa + restorative) — 6 classes/week
Vinyasa flow + power yoga + restorative blocks + occasional yin. Mat rental $3 or bring your own. Various skill levels.
Cycle — 5 classes/week
Indoor cycling on commercial-grade bikes. Beat-driven + climb-based formats. Beginner to advanced. Most popular evening classes; pre-book.
Strength + lifting — 4 classes/week
Coached strength training. Squat-bench-deadlift focus. Form-first teaching. Smaller class sizes (8-12 max) for individual coaching.
Mobility + recovery — 2 classes/week
Foam rolling, stretching, mobility work. Following heavy training days. Great for active recovery + injury prevention.
Specialty (rotating) — 4-5 classes/month
Rotating special offerings: kickboxing, dance fitness, prenatal/postnatal yoga, kids’ classes (Saturday mornings), member-requested formats.

Small-group training (8 trainers)
$25 per session for groups of 2-4. $145/mo for 8 sessions (most popular). Same trainer + cohort each time. Goal-matched groups (strength, body comp, athletic, return-to-fitness).
Specialty programs (additional)
Marathon prep ($295/mo, includes 4 × 1:1 + 2 small-group). Body recomp protocol ($395/mo for 16 weeks). Senior fitness ($195/mo for 60+ members). Post-natal recovery ($245/mo for 12 weeks).

How to choose a trainer
After your assessment, David matches you with a trainer based on goals + personality + scheduling. If you don’t click after 1-2 sessions, switch trainers (no penalty). Most members find right trainer within 2 tries.
