HIIT classes
High-intensity intervals
HIIT Mon 6am, Wed 6am, Fri 6am
45-min early-morning HIIT. Heart-rate-driven. Mix of bodyweight + light equipment + sled work. ~25 attendees typical. Great way to start the day.
HIIT Mon 5:30pm, Wed 5:30pm
After-work HIIT. Higher intensity + group energy. ~30 attendees. Most popular evening class. Pre-book; fills 2-3 days out.
HIIT + Strength Tue 6:30pm
Strength-focused HIIT. Heavier weights, fewer reps, full-body. Designed for members already comfortable with HIIT format. Smaller class size (15-20).
HIIT Saturday 9am
Weekend HIIT. Slightly longer (60 min), more intensity, social vibe. Many members make this their Saturday workout. ~30 attendees.
HIIT for Beginners — Sunday 11am
Beginner-friendly HIIT. Shorter intervals, longer rest, modifications offered. New members welcome. Maria leads this class. ~20 attendees.
Difficulty levels
Mon/Wed 6am: moderate. Mon/Wed 5:30pm: high. Tue 6:30pm: high (advanced). Sat 9am: high (full energy). Sun 11am: beginner-friendly. Pick what fits your fitness level.

Vinyasa + restorative + flow
Vinyasa Flow Mon 6:30pm, Wed 6:30pm
Standard vinyasa flow. 60 min. Beginner to intermediate. Mat rental $3. Most popular yoga class; pre-book.
Power Yoga Tue 6am, Thu 6am
Stronger, faster vinyasa. 60 min. Intermediate to advanced. More heat, more intensity. Great way to start the day.
Restorative Yoga Tue 7pm
Slow + meditative. 60 min. Long-hold poses, breath work. After heavy training day or for deep recovery. ~15 attendees.
Hot Yoga Wed 6am, Sat 8am
Heated to 95°F. Vinyasa flow + power yoga blend. 60 min. Bring your own water bottle. ~20-25 attendees. Particularly popular winter months in Indiana.
Yin Yoga Sun 9am
Long-hold passive postures. 75 min. 3-7 minutes per pose. Connective tissue + flexibility focus. Great Sunday recovery class. ~12 attendees.
Flow + Strength Combo Fri 5:30pm
Yoga flow with light strength elements. 60 min. Combines mobility + functional strength. ~15 attendees. Popular for Friday wind-down.
Cycle classes
Indoor cycling
Cycle Mon 6:30pm, Wed 6:30pm
Beat-driven cycling. 45 min. Music + instructor energy. ~20 attendees max (12 bikes; pre-booking essential). Most popular evening cycle.
Cycle + Climb Tue 5:30pm
Hill-based cycling intervals. 50 min. Higher intensity. For members who want power-based training. ~12 attendees.
Cycle Saturday 8am
Weekend cycle. 45 min. Slightly longer than weekday. Great wake-up workout. Often combined with breakfast at Westfield Square.
Cycle Endurance Sun 8am
60-min endurance ride. Lower intensity, longer duration. Great for endurance athletes (cyclists, marathoners) preparing for events.
Beginner Cycle Thursday 7pm
Format intro for new cyclists. Bike fitting basics, shoe + pedal options, intensity scaling. Maria teaches. ~12 attendees.
Reservation policy
All cycle classes pre-bookable 7 days out. Most fill 3-5 days out. Cancel up to 6 hours before with no penalty. Late cancellation: $5 fee. No-show: $10 fee.
Strength + lifting classes
Coached strength training
Atlas Strong (barbell-based) Mon 7am, Thu 7am
Barbell strength class. Squats, deadlifts, presses, rows. Coached form, progressive loading. 4 levels by experience. Most popular strength class. 12-16 max attendees.
Powerlifting Foundations Tue 6:30am
Squat-bench-deadlift focus. Form-first approach. Designed for members new to lifting or wanting form refinement. David teaches. ~10 attendees.
Hypertrophy + Volume Wed 6am
Higher rep + volume training. Bodybuilding-style. Mix of compound + isolation. ~12 attendees.
Lift + Lift Friday 6am, Saturday 7am
Pure heavy lifting day. Members work through their own programs with trainer supervision. Less coached; more do-your-thing-with-help. ~15 attendees max.
Smaller class sizes
Strength + lifting classes capped at 12-16 to maintain coaching attention. Pre-booking essential; most fill 5-7 days out. Reservation opens 7 days before class.
Skill levels
All strength classes offer modifications by level. Beginner = bodyweight + light dumbbells. Intermediate = standard barbell. Advanced = heavier barbell + chain/band variations. Coaches help you self-select.
Mobility + recovery
Active recovery
Mobility Wed 12pm, Sat 11am
60-min mobility class. Foam rolling, banded stretches, dynamic mobility. Designed to follow heavy training days. Especially popular with strength members.
Recovery Sun 10am
Restorative + mobility blend. 75 min. Gentle. Great Sunday recovery. ~10 attendees.
Senior fitness Mon 9am, Thu 9am
Specialty class for 60+ members. Joint-friendly programming, balance training, strength + mobility. Robert teaches. ~12 attendees. $0 with senior fitness membership ($195/mo).
Pre/post-natal yoga Tue 11am
Pregnancy-safe yoga + post-natal recovery. Janelle teaches (PROnatal-cert). ~6 attendees. Doctor clearance recommended.
Foam rolling + stretching (open)
Self-guided. Foam rollers + stretching mats available 24/7 in stretching area. Use anytime. We have demonstration videos on Anytime app for guidance.
When to add recovery to your training
After heavy lift days, before high-intensity training, on rest days, after travel. We recommend 1-2 mobility/recovery sessions per week for most members. Critical for long-term progress.

Beyond standard offerings
Kids' HIIT — Saturday 9am
Free for member kids (ages 7-14). Maria teaches. Fun, energetic, age-appropriate exercise. ~12-15 kids each Saturday. Local Westfield-area kids welcome.
Family Class — Sunday 10am (monthly)
Once-monthly family-friendly class. Parents + kids ages 8+. Mix of bodyweight, partner work, fun games. Members + their families welcome. Free.
Marathon Prep Group — Saturday 7am (training season)
May-October. 90-min long run + group lifting workout. Ideal for runners training for fall marathons (Indianapolis, Indy 500, Chicago). David facilitates.
Pregame Workout — Friday 5pm (during season)
Westfield High School football season. Pregame workout for parents going to that night’s game. Quick, social, fun. Followed by going to game together.
New Year Challenge — January
30-day fitness challenge to start year. Group accountability + tracking. Many members start January with this. Sometimes includes external nutrition + sleep components.
Special workshops (rotating)
Quarterly workshops: nutrition basics, sleep optimization, mobility deep-dive, marathon training. Free for members. ~15-30 attendees. Topics based on member requests.
