Six class types: HIIT · Strength, Yoga, Cycle, Mobility + Recovery, Power · Olympic basics, and Bootcamp. Schedules around morning + evening peaks. Maria runs Saturday yoga; David coaches Olympic basics. The instructors stay; the schedule is steady.
Booking opens 7 days ahead in the Anytime app. Walk-in waitlist works at the bell — we usually have at least one no-show per evening class. Class size capped at 24 mats (28 for soft-capped yoga + mobility).
Maria + David, plus three full-time instructors. Average tenure 4 years (industry average is 18 months). David hires and mentors every trainer; we pass on candidates who'd be fine elsewhere because the bar here is different.

Booking, walk-in, cancellation, capacity. We don't charge no-show fees, but Maria will check in if you no-show three times in 30 days — most members appreciate the accountability over the transaction.
Members book in the Anytime app or at the front desk. Drop-ins fine if space (most classes have at least 2 spots open at the bell).
Show up 5 min early; if there's a no-show, you're in. Roughly 1 in 4 evening classes has at least one no-show.
Cancel up to 2 hr before the class · no fee. Three no-shows in 30 days · we'll text Maria; we won't kick you out, but she'll talk to you.
Most classes capped at 24 mats. Yoga + mobility soft-capped at 28. Bootcamp + HIIT capped at 24 (we like room to swing).
