Managed IT · Winnipeg · since 2012

IT support, in plain English.

We look after the computers, accounts and networks of Winnipeg offices with 5 to 150 people. You get one flat price per person, response targets in writing, and a note after every fix that explains what happened in normal words.

Free IT assessment, no strings

Book a 90-minute walkthrough or a 45-minute video call. Within three business days you get a written list of what is working, what is risky and what it would cost to fix. Keep it, even if you never hire us.

How we look after you

Most clients start with Managed IT and never think about the parts again. Each service also stands on its own, with a price range and a plain list of what is included. All services

Also on the list

  • Cloud and Microsoft 365 Email, files and Teams set up properly, licensed sensibly and moved without losing a weekend of work.
  • Backup and Recovery Backups we test by actually restoring files, plus a written plan for getting you working again after a bad day.
  • Network Setup Wi-Fi that reaches every desk, a firewall set up properly, tidy cabling, and a diagram of how it all connects.

Already have an IT company?

Switching is mostly paperwork, and we do the paperwork. We talk to your current provider, collect passwords and licence details, and overlap for a short time so nothing falls through the cracks.

How switching works

Response targets, written down

Sample agreement · targets, not guarantees

  • 15 min

    critical response

P1: the whole office, or a key system, is down

  • 1 hr

    high response

P2: a team or one important system is struggling

  • 4 hr

    normal response

P3: one person is stuck or something is broken

  • Next day

    request response

P4: new user, access change or a how-to question

These are targets from our sample service agreement, not guarantees. Response means a technician is working on it, not an auto-reply. Every month you get a report of how we did, misses included. See the full sample targets.

Second-floor printer won't scan to email

  1. Submitted 9:02 a.m.
  2. Assigned 9:06 a.m.
  3. In progress 9:18 a.m.
  4. Resolved 9:41 a.m.
  • 9:02 a.m. Submitted. Email from Jordan at the front desk
  • 9:06 a.m. Assigned. Picked up by Marcus on the help desk
  • 9:18 a.m. In progress. Remote session; found an old password saved in the scanner
  • 9:41 a.m. Resolved. Test scan received; Jordan confirmed
Closing note, as sent to the client The scanner was signing in to email with an old password. We switched it to a newer, secure sign-in that does not expire. This should not happen again, and we checked the other two printers while we were there.

The need-to-know

How do you set the price?

Per user, per month, within the ranges on our pricing page. Where you land depends on how many devices each person uses, whether you have servers, and how many sites you have. After the free assessment we put the exact number in writing.

What is not included?

New hardware, software licences, and big projects such as an office move or a new network. We quote those separately and never start them without your written OK.

How hard is it to switch from our current IT company?

Easier than most people expect. We handle the conversation with your current provider, collect passwords and licence details, and overlap for a short time so nothing is dropped.

How fast do you respond?

Our sample agreement sets response targets by priority: 15 minutes for critical, 1 business hour for high, 4 business hours for normal and next business day for requests. They are targets, not guarantees, and we report our real numbers monthly.

Can you guarantee we will never be hacked?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. We lower the risk with proven basics and make sure you can recover quickly if something gets through.
