How it works
Microsoft 365 is where most small businesses keep their email, files and calendars now. Set up well, it is reliable and secure. Set up in a hurry, it becomes a maze of shared links, old accounts and licences nobody uses.
We plan a move or a cleanup around your busy season, not ours. Files move in stages, email moves over a weekend, and we stay close on the Monday after so people can find what they need.
We also check your licences every quarter. It is common to find accounts for people who left or premium licences on people who only need email. Trimming those often pays for a good part of our fee.

The honest part
Not everything belongs in the cloud. Some specialty software and large design files still run better on a local server. If that is you, we will say so and plan a mix.
Questions
Will we lose email during the move?
No email is lost. There is usually a short window over a weekend when new mail is delayed by a few minutes while the switch-over finishes. We schedule it with you.
We use Google Workspace. Do we have to switch?
No. We support Google Workspace too. We only suggest a move if it clearly saves money or solves a real problem for you.
