Two technicians tracing a network cable at a patch panel

Network Setup

Wi-Fi that reaches every desk, a firewall set up properly, tidy cabling, and a diagram of how it all connects.

How it works

Slow Wi-Fi and dropped calls are usually a design problem, not a speed problem. We start with a walk-through to see where people sit, what walls are in the way, and what your internet connection can actually deliver.

Then we propose the gear, in writing, with a price range for each piece. We prefer business-grade equipment that is easy to manage remotely and keeps getting security updates.

Installs happen after hours or on a weekend, and you get a simple diagram at the end showing every device, every cable run and every login. It belongs to you.

What's included

  • Wi-Fi survey and placement plan for your floor layout
  • Firewall setup with secure remote access for staff
  • Switches, access points and cabling, labelled at both ends
  • Separate guest Wi-Fi so visitors never touch your network
  • Internet provider coordination, including backup connections
  • A network diagram and password list stored in your vault

Your first month

  1. Visit

Walk-through and Wi-Fi survey, about two hours

  2. Within a week

Written proposal with gear, labour and a price range

  3. Install

After hours or weekend, so your team is not interrupted

  4. Hand-off

Diagram, labelled cables and a short tour for your office manager

The honest part

Better gear will not fix a slow internet plan. If your connection is the bottleneck, we will say that first, help you compare providers, and save you the equipment bill.

Questions

Can you reuse our existing equipment?

Often, yes. If a device still gets security updates and fits the plan, we keep it. We only replace what is unsafe or holding you back.

Do you run cabling yourselves?

Small runs, yes. For large cabling jobs we bring in a licensed low-voltage contractor we work with often and manage the job for you.
