Business storage

Business storage

Inventory, files and tools on a month-to-month lease, with deliveries signed for.

How it works here

A storage unit is often the cheapest square footage a small business can rent. There's no long commercial lease, no build-out, and you can move up a size the week your inventory grows.

We sign for your deliveries during office hours at Chandler and Gilbert and hold them in the office for up to five days. Add employees as authorized users so each has their own gate code, and get one invoice a month with auto-pay.

Good for

  • Online sellers and their inventory
  • Contractors' tools and materials
  • Sales reps' samples and displays
  • Archived files (choose climate control)

Plain truth

What a unit can't be

It isn't a shop or an office. No customers coming to your unit, no staff working inside it all day, and nothing hazardous. Freestanding shelving is welcome; anything bolted to our walls or floor is not.

Example monthly rates

Plus the one-time $25 admin fee and required protection. Availability below is a sample for this demo.

Business renters pay the same rates as everyone else. We'll add a W-9 and send one invoice a month on request.

Shelves, labels and a system

Freestanding shelving is welcome, and most business renters label totes by product or job. Keep a one-foot aisle and the oldest stock nearest the door, and a 10×15 works like a small stockroom.
