Many HOAs in the East Valley don't allow an RV or boat in the driveway. Our Queen Creek yard is built just for them: paved spaces, wide aisles you can actually turn a fifth wheel in, and a keypad gate that's open 24 hours, so a 4 a.m. start before the heat is never a problem.
Pick an open space, a covered space under a steel shade canopy, or a fully enclosed garage. The canopy matters more than you'd think here: it keeps roofs, tires and seals out of the summer sun.

Plain truth
What we need before you park
Current registration and insurance in your name, a vehicle that runs (or a trailer that rolls), and fuel only in the vehicle's own tank. No repairs on site beyond a battery charge or a tire top-up, and no spare fuel cans or propane bottles in the space.
