Billing questions
A project is active in any month someone adds a daily log, RFI, submittal, cost, drawing or punch item to it. Archived projects and projects still in bidding do not count.
Nothing breaks. We email you, and the next bill moves to Builder at $69 per active project. If you drop back to 3, you can move back down.
No setup fees on any plan. Optional on-site training days are $1,200 plus travel, and most teams never need one.
On Builder, paying yearly means 12 months for the price of 10. Company is a yearly contract that you can pay monthly or up front.
