Daily logs Every plan
The daily log your super files from the truck before driving home.
Weather fills itself in from the job address. Crew counts come from yesterday's log. Photos, deliveries, delays and safety notes take a few taps, and everything saves to the phone first, so a dead zone never eats a report.

Who does what
Useful on the deck and at the desk.
In the field
- Copy yesterday's crew list and change only what changed
- Take photos inside the log so they land on the right day and location
- File with no signal. It syncs on its own when you are back in range
In the office
- Read every job's log in one feed each morning
- Search years of logs by date, sub, keyword or photo location
- Export a signed PDF for the owner, the lender or a claim
What it does
Daily logs, in detail.
- 01Offline is the default
- Everything you type and every photo you take is saved on the phone first. When signal returns, it syncs in the order it was written.
- 02Crew counts in seconds
- Start from yesterday's manpower by sub and trade. Change the two numbers that moved, not all twelve.
- 03Delays and deliveries on the record
- Note a delay, pick the cause, attach a photo. Months later, it is there with a date and time when it matters.
- 04Your forms, not ours
- On Builder and Company plans, build your own inspection and safety forms. They live next to the log and work offline too.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish.
-
STEP 1
Open today's log
Weather and the crew list are already filled in from the address and yesterday.
-
STEP 2
Add what happened
Work done, deliveries, visitors, delays and safety notes. Photos go right in the log.
-
STEP 3
Sign and file
One tap. If there is no signal, it says Saved on phone and syncs later.
-
STEP 4
Office reads it
The PM sees every job's log in one feed, with delays flagged at the top.
Limits
What it does not do.
- Weather fill and maps need a connection when you open the log. If there is none, type the weather in.
- Offline covers daily logs, photos, punch items, forms and any drawings you have opened or downloaded. Creating a new project or running reports needs a connection.
- Large photo batches can be set to sync on Wi-Fi only, so they may reach the office later on a cell plan.
Questions
What happens if the phone dies before it syncs?
The log is saved on the phone as you type. When the phone comes back on and finds signal, it syncs. Only a lost or wiped device loses unsynced work, which is why the app shows a clear Saved on phone badge until it is up.
Which phones and tablets does the field app support?
Current iPhone and Android phones and tablets, plus the two versions before. The office uses any modern browser.
