How we run it week to week

Google's local rankings reward businesses that look alive. A profile that was set up once and then went quiet slides down the map while active competitors climb past it. So this service runs as a weekly routine, not a one-time fix.

Each week we publish a fresh post, add photos, answer every new review in your voice, and check the Q&A section so no question sits unanswered. Behind the scenes, we keep your name, address, and phone matched across the Canadian directories Google checks, and we watch for outside edits — anyone can suggest changes to your profile, and unattended suggestions sometimes go live.

Each month you get a plain-language report: how many calls came from the profile, how many people asked for directions, and where you sit on the map in the neighborhoods you care about.

Your part is small. Send us the occasional photo and tell us when hours or services change. The rest runs without you.

What changes in the first 90 days

Month one is cleanup. Most profiles we take over have basics wrong — a missing category, an old phone number on some directory, duplicate listings splitting your reviews. We claim the profile if it isn't claimed, remove duplicates, correct categories and services, rewrite the description in plain language, and load real photos. None of this is glamorous, but Google can't rank a profile it can't read clearly.

Month two builds the engine. Weekly posts and photos start on schedule. The review ask gets wired into your actual customer flow — after the job, the visit, or the delivery — so genuine reviews arrive steadily instead of in bursts. Directory listings get matched so your details read the same everywhere.

By month three the report has enough history to show a real trend in calls, direction requests, and map positions. If a neighborhood isn't moving, we adjust — different post topics, new photo angles, more review volume. And because everything is month-to-month, staying is a decision you make each month, not one you made once in a contract.

How the pricing works

Google Business Profile management is $300/mo CAD, flat. Setup is $0, there are no tiers to decode, and the number on the pricing page is the number on your invoice.

What moves the price is bundling — and only downward. Monthly services stack, and the discount applies automatically: two monthly services save 10%, three save 15%, four save 20%. Because this work shares so many signals with local SEO, that's the pairing most clients pick first.

The rest of the terms are just as plain. Everything monthly is month-to-month, and if you're not satisfied in your first 30 days, you don't pay. The profile itself lives in your Google account, not ours — every post, photo, review, and fixed listing stays yours if you ever leave. You're paying for the weekly work, not renting your own map presence back from an agency.
