Sales Consultant (3 positions)
Honda, Toyota, or Mazda showroom. Salaried $48k base + customer-satisfaction bonus (avg $15k/year). No commission pressure. We hire for consultative skills, not sales aggression. Will train on automotive product knowledge.
Internet Sales Consultant (1 position)
Manage online inquiries + appointments + virtual sales process. $52k base + customer-satisfaction bonus. Email + phone + video chat with customers nationwide. Fluent English required; Spanish a plus.
Sales Lead — Honda showroom (1 position)
Lead 8-person Honda sales team. Coach consultants on customer experience + product knowledge. $72k base + bonus. Internal hire preferred (sales consultant → lead promotion path).
Customer Experience Coordinator (1 position)
Greet customers, schedule appointments, manage front desk. $42k base + bonus. Front-line role. Often becomes a sales consultant within 12-24 months for ambitious team members.
Finance Consultant (1 position)
F&I role. Loan presentation, extended warranty + GAP + paint protection. $58k base + customer-satisfaction bonus (NOT product-sale commission). Banking or finance background preferred.

Master Technician — Honda specialist (1 position)
ASE-certified Master Tech with Honda factory training. Competitive union wage scale ($35-$45/hour DOE). Full benefits. Continuing ed funded. Established Honda master techs encouraged to apply.
Hybrid + EV Specialist Tech (1 position)
ASE-cert + manufacturer hybrid certification. High-voltage system service. Growing service area as our hybrid + EV inventory grows. $40-$48/hour DOE. Top of pay scale.
Service Advisor (2 positions)
Customer-facing service role. Schedule appointments, present estimates, communicate during service. $52k base + bonus. Front-line role. Auto knowledge required, customer service skills more important.
Apprentice Technician (3 positions)
Entry-level technician role. We train. $18-$22/hour starting. Path to full ASE-certified tech in 18-36 months. Tools provided initially; tool allowance once established.
Lube Technician (2 positions)
Oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections. $16-$20/hour starting. Path to apprentice technician for those interested in tech career.
Body Shop Technician (1 position)
Insurance-approved collision repair work. ASE I-CAR certified preferred. $32-$42/hour DOE. Body shop is co-located with main dealership; integrated team.
Parts Counter Specialist (1 position)
Parts catalog lookup, customer parts orders, wholesale account support. $42k base + bonus. Auto parts knowledge required. Computer + customer service skills critical.
