Full Honda + Toyota + Mazda service

Routine maintenance
Oil + filter changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, fluid services, brake checks. From $39 (oil change with multi-point inspection). Most appointments 45-90 minutes.
Major service intervals
30k/60k/90k mile services, timing belts, transmission service, brake service, coolant service, spark plugs. From $189 (basic) to $1,500+ (major). Detailed estimates before work.
Diagnostics + repairs
Check engine lights, performance issues, electrical problems, transmission concerns, AC + heating. $189 diagnostic fee, applied toward repair if you proceed. Most diagnostics 1-2 hours.
Brake + suspension
Brake pad + rotor service ($295-$485 typical). Strut + shock replacement ($485-$985). Alignment ($129). Same parts you’d get from any shop, factory-trained installation.
Tires + wheels
Mounting, balancing, alignment, replacement. Most major brands stocked: Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Pirelli, Yokohama. Tire purchase + install from $185/tire installed.
Body shop + collision
Partner body shop on-site. Insurance-approved collision repair, paintless dent repair, full paint refinishing. We don’t cut corners on collision — same factory-spec paint + parts.
Hybrid + EV service

Specialty hybrid + electric vehicle expertise

High-voltage system service
Honda, Toyota, Mazda hybrid + plug-in vehicles. Battery diagnostics, traction motor service, hybrid transmission. Specialty training + tooling on-site. 4 dedicated hybrid-cert techs.
Battery health diagnostics
Hybrid battery health testing ($129) — diagnoses pack capacity, cell balance, expected remaining life. Critical before high-mileage hybrid resale or extended ownership decisions.
Hybrid battery replacement
If hybrid battery needs replacement: Honda Civic Hybrid ~$2,800; Toyota Prius ~$3,200; RAV4 Hybrid ~$3,800; Highlander Hybrid ~$4,500. Significantly less than dealer competitors.
EV battery + motor service
Toyota bZ4X full EV. Battery diagnostics, motor service, charge port repair. Less common service (EVs need less maintenance than hybrids), but factory-trained when needed.
Charging issue diagnostics
Charge port problems, on-board charger issues, charging cable damage. Most charging issues are easy fixes ($150-$400). Battery management system issues more complex.
Pre-purchase hybrid inspection
Buying a used hybrid elsewhere? Bring it for a 90-min inspection ($289). We’ll evaluate battery health + service history + remaining warranty. Worth it before $10k+ used hybrid purchase.

Free shuttle service
Within 10 miles of dealership. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Drop you at home/work + pick you up when service is done. Shuttle van seats 8.
Loaner vehicles (when needed)
Loaners available for service taking 4+ hours or if you’ll be without a vehicle overnight. Free for warranty work; $35/day for non-warranty. Subject to availability — call ahead.
Real-time updates via text
We text you when work begins, when issues are found, when work is complete. Approve estimates via text. No more ‘dealership voicemail tag’.
Detailed inspection reports
Every service includes a multi-point inspection. We send you photos + video of any issues found. You decide what to fix now vs. later. No pressure tactics.

Online parts ordering
Order genuine Honda + Toyota + Mazda parts via online catalog. VIN-specific lookup ensures correct fitment. Most in-stock parts ship within 24 hours.
Local pickup
Houston-area customers can pick up parts at the dealership. In-stock parts ready within 2 hours typical. Out-of-stock parts: 2-5 business day delivery.
Wholesale + commercial pricing
Independent shops + body shops can register for wholesale account ($500/year) for 15-20% discount on parts. Net-30 terms available with credit approval.
Performance + accessories
Honda Genuine Accessories, TRD performance parts, Mazdaspeed accessories. Roof racks, trailer hitches, custom wheels, performance suspension. Installation available.
Used parts (when available)
We dismantle some trade-in vehicles for parts. Used parts cost ~50% of new — viable for older vehicles. Inquire about specific parts; we’ll check availability.
Parts return policy
Unopened, undamaged parts returnable within 30 days for full refund (minus 10% restocking fee). Special-order or installed parts non-returnable. Defective parts always returnable.

    Diagnostic fee for unknown issues
    $189 diagnostic fee for ‘something’s wrong with my car’ type appointments. Applied toward repair if you proceed. Refunded if no issue found.

    Estimate before work
    All non-routine work gets a written estimate before we start. Approve via text or in person. We won’t exceed estimate by more than 10% without re-approval.

    Honest second opinions
    Mechanic somewhere else recommended a $2,500 repair? Bring it to us for a second opinion (free, ~30 min). ~25% of second-opinion appointments find that work isn’t needed or is less extensive.

    Loyalty + warranty
    Loyalty program saves average $200/year. Warranty work always free + we expedite warranty appointments. Service contract holders get priority scheduling.
