Prices and fees
Is the price online the price I pay?
The advertised price plus a flat $399 documentation fee, HST and registration. That line sits under every price on the site. There are no other dealer fees, no required add-ons and no market adjustments.
What does the $399 documentation fee cover?
Preparing your bill of sale, registering the vehicle with the province, and handling lien or payout paperwork on a trade. It's the same amount on every vehicle, new or used.
Why do some new vehicles show a crossed-out price?
The crossed-out number is the brand's suggested price. The bold number is our selling price. Both are before the doc fee, HST and registration.
Can I reserve a vehicle that's in transit?
Yes, with a fully refundable deposit. If it arrives and it isn't right for you, the deposit comes back in full.
Financing
What do the example payments assume?
6.99% APR over 84 months with $0 down, on approved credit, based on the advertised price before fees and taxes. Your real rate depends on your credit, the term and the vehicle's age, and the calculator lets you change every input.
Will getting pre-approved hurt my credit score?
No. Pre-approval is a soft check. A full credit application only happens once you've picked a vehicle and want final numbers.
Can I finance with no credit history, or bruised credit?
Usually, yes. Our finance desk works with eight lenders, including two that focus on first-time and rebuilding credit. Expect a higher rate and a straight conversation about it.
Trade-ins
How accurate is the online trade estimate?
It gives you a range based on your answers. A 15-minute walk-around turns it into a written offer that's good for 7 days.
Can I trade in a vehicle I still owe money on?
Yes. We pay off your lender and put any equity toward your next vehicle. If you owe more than it's worth, we show you the numbers before you decide anything.
Do I have to buy from you to sell you my car?
No. We buy vehicles outright too, and the offer is the same either way.
Used vehicles
What checks does every used vehicle get?
A fresh Nova Scotia motor vehicle inspection, a vehicle history report, and a reconditioning check by our technicians. The paperwork is in the glovebox folder and on the vehicle page.
How does the 90-day exchange promise work?
If a used vehicle isn't the right fit, bring it back within 90 days and 5,000 km and we credit the full purchase price toward another vehicle. It must come back undamaged.
Service and parts
Do you service vehicles you didn't sell?
Yes. Our twelve bays handle most makes and models, not just the brands we sell. Diesel and some imports may be quoted separately.
Will you do work I didn't approve?
Never. You get a photo or video and a price by text first, and nothing extra happens until you say yes.
Do you have loaners or a shuttle?
The shuttle covers Dartmouth and downtown Halifax. Loaners are for repairs longer than half a day and should be booked ahead.
