The diagnostic fee, explained
$195 for heavy-duty, $165 for pickups. Credited in full to the repair when you approve the work within 7 days.
What it covers
- Connected scan of every module we can talk to, with fault codes and freeze-frame data saved to your file
- Up to one hour of pinpoint testing: pressure, voltage, smoke or leak-down, whichever the fault calls for
- A written finding in plain words, with the repair options and a price for each
If the fault needs more than an hour to pin down, typically intermittent wiring, we call first, tell you why and what it might cost, and only keep going with your OK.

Labour
- Heavy-duty shop labour Class 6 to 8 trucks, tractors, trailers, reefer units, buses $165 per hour
- Diesel pickup labour 3/4-ton and 1-ton diesel pickups, cab-chassis and diesel vans $145 per hour
- Mobile and roadside labour Work done at your yard or on the road $185 per hour
- After-hours roadside 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sundays and holidays +$95 per call
Diagnostics
- Heavy-duty diagnostic Connected scan plus up to one hour of pinpoint testing $195 flat
- Diesel pickup diagnostic Connected scan plus up to one hour of pinpoint testing $165 flat
- Extended diagnosis Intermittent or wiring faults past the first hour, only with your OK Labour rate, in 30-minute steps
Inspections and PMs
- Annual DOT inspection, tractor or straight truck Full periodic inspection, report for your file, decal $135
- Annual DOT inspection, trailer Dry van, reefer box, flatbed or tanker trailer $95
- PM-A service Oil and filters, chassis grease, inspection walk-around From $495
- PM-B service PM-A plus fuel filters, air dryer cartridge, coolant test From $695

Mobile and roadside

Shop policies

Estimate first
Every job past the diagnostic gets a written estimate with parts and labour split out. It changes only if the job changes and you approve it.
Parts warranty
Parts we supply carry the supplier's warranty, and our labour on them is covered for 12 months or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Ways to pay
Card, check or ACH. Fleet accounts get net 30 after a short credit application. Roadside: a card is authorized before dispatch.
