FleetThe due list alone was worth switching
We used to find out a truck was overdue when the driver complained. Now the list shows up the first of the month and Jenna books the yard visits. Invoices carry our PO numbers every time.

Owner-operatorTold me it was a sensor, not a turbo
Another shop quoted me a turbo over the phone. Ray scanned it, tested boost and found a cracked charge air hose and a bad sensor. Under $500 and I was rolling the same evening.

PickupFixed the hard start before the first freeze
Long crank every cold morning. Luis tested the glow plugs and batteries, replaced what was bad and showed me the readings. Price matched the estimate to the dollar.

FleetStraight answers at 2 a.m.
Driver blew a trailer tire near Vandalia. They told me the call-out price and a 60 to 90 minute window on the first call. Took about 80 minutes. Not instant, but exactly what they said.

Owner-operatorGood work, waited on a part
Injector job took four days instead of the two I hoped for because a part was back-ordered. They called me every day with an update, which I appreciated, but four days down hurts.
Our reply
Fair point, Gary, and thanks for saying it. We now check stock with two suppliers before we give a range, and we say so in the estimate. Carla, service manager.

PickupFixed the regen problem for real
Dealer had cleaned the DPF twice. Crossmile found an EGR valve sticking and a leaking injector loading it up. Haven't had a regen warning in months.

FleetInspections done in our yard during harvest
Couldn't spare the trucks during harvest, so they came to us. Six annual inspections in one visit, one trip charge, reports emailed that night.

Owner-operatorFair price, busy shop
PM and DOT done in one visit for a fair price. Had to wait about an hour past my drop time to get into a bay on a busy Monday. Book ahead if you can.

Had a bad day with us?
Tell Carla directly at the service desk or by email. Every complaint gets a reply within one business day, and the fix goes on the shop board so it doesn't happen twice.
Truck down or planning ahead?
Send the details and Carla writes back with a price range and the next open bay, usually within one business hour while the shop is open. If the truck is stuck on the road right now, call the roadside line instead.
