Fleet maintenance and PMs

PM-A and PM-B services on a schedule built around your miles, hours and routes, with a due list in your inbox before trucks go overdue.

Overview

A preventive maintenance program is only as good as its calendar. We set up each unit by mileage, engine hours or months, whichever comes first for how you run it, and email your fleet contact a due list every month. You book the bay time; we do the rest.

Every PM follows the same written checklist, and every finding gets a priority: fix now, fix at the next PM, or watch it. You approve the fix-now items before we touch them. Nothing gets added to the invoice because it was convenient for us.

Night and early slots matter to fleets, so the shop runs until 10 p.m. on weekdays. Drop a truck at the end of a shift and pick it up before the next one when the job allows.

Call us about

  • Your PMs live on a whiteboard or in someone's head
  • Trucks are going overdue because nobody owns the schedule
  • You want PMs and annual DOT inspections done in the same visit
  • You run nights and need a shop open after the day shift
  • You are adding units and want one shop with every unit's history

Every job includes

  • Written PM checklist, the same one every time
  • Findings ranked fix now, next PM, or watch it
  • Unit history by unit number and VIN
  • Monthly PM due list emailed to your fleet contact
  • Oil analysis sampling on request

Typical turnaround

  • PM-B 3 to 5 hours
  • PM plus DOT inspection 3 to 6 hours

Ranges, not promises. You get an update at every checkpoint, and straight away if anything changes.

Questions we hear

Can you do PMs at our yard instead?

Yes, for oil and filter PMs and inspections that don't need a pit or lift. The mobile trip charge applies once per visit, not per truck, so it works best when several units are due together.

What counts as fix now?

Anything that puts the truck out of service or could get it there before the next PM: brakes out of adjustment, an air leak, a cracked rim, a steer tire below tread depth. We call before we fix it.
