Something urgent but not an emergency, like a red eye or sudden irritation? We hold same-day room. True emergencies (sudden vision loss, flashes with new floaters) belong on the phone or in the ER.

Gland imaging and tear-film testing first, then a written plan. Most patients start with home care that costs discipline, not money. In-clinic heat and IPL are kept for the gland patterns they clearly help, and re-checked before you buy more.

Screenings miss the focusing and eye-teaming problems that look like “doesn’t like books.” OHIP covers a full exam every year up to age 19. If your child’s nearsightedness is climbing, our myopia program shows you the growth numbers before recommending anything.
