Something urgent but not an emergency — a red eye, sudden irritation? We hold same-day room. True emergencies (sudden vision loss, flashes with new floaters) belong on the phone or in the ER.

Gland imaging and tear-film testing first; a written plan second. Most patients start with home therapy that costs discipline, not money — in-clinic heat and IPL are for the gland patterns they demonstrably help, re-assessed before you buy more.
