When the fridge quits or the washer floods, you need someone at the door soon and the truth about what it will cost. We diagnose the problem, show you the part, and write down one price for the whole repair. You decide. If the math says replace it, we say that too. We don't sell appliances, so there's nothing in it for us.

We only repair. When we say replace it, there is nothing in it for us.
Every appliance has a normal working life. Our rule is simple, and we use it on every call, out loud, with the numbers in front of you.
If the repair costs more than half the price of a new one, and the appliance is past the middle of its life, we'll tell you to replace it. Even though that means we don't get the job.
