Costs and financing

What it costs, and ways to pay for it

Foundation and water repairs are rarely planned for. Here are the ranges most jobs land in, and the ways our customers spread the cost.

In this section Costs and financing

Paying

Four ways to pay

  • Pay when it's done

A 10 percent deposit (up to $1,000) orders materials. The balance is due when the work is done and you have walked it with us.

  • Monthly payments

Plans from 12 to 120 months through a Canadian consumer lender, on approved credit. Checking your rate is a soft credit check.

  • Phase the work

Many reports split into 'now' and 'within 2 years'. Do the urgent part first and book the rest when it suits you.

  • Card, e-transfer or cheque

No card surcharge on deposits or final payments.
