Foundation repair
Settling, bowing walls and structural cracks. Measured first, then fixed with piers, anchors or wall braces only when the readings call for it.
Warranty: Piers, anchors and braces: 25 years on the stabilization, transferable to the next owner.

Wall crack repair
Injection for leaking cracks, epoxy and carbon fibre stitches for cracks that move, and honest advice for the many that need neither.
Warranty: Injected cracks: 10 years per crack, transferable.

Concrete lifting
Foam lifting for sunken steps, walkways, garage floors and patios, when the slab is worth saving.

Wet basements, damp crawl spaces and the yard around them. We work from the outside in, because the lowest-cost fix is often a downspout.

Basement waterproofing
Interior drainage, outside membranes and crack sealing for wet basements, with the low-cost outside fixes checked first.
Warranty: Interior drain systems: 25 years, transferable. Crack injection: 10 years per crack.

CS-03
Crawl space encapsulation
Sealed vapour barriers, closed vents and dehumidifiers for musty, damp crawl spaces, sized to what the moisture readings show.
Warranty: Vapour barrier: 20 years, transferable. Dehumidifier: 5-year maker's warranty plus 2 years of our labour.

Sump pumps and backups
New sump pits, pump replacements and battery backups, plus a yearly check so the pump works on the night you need it.

Yard drainage and grading
Downspout extensions, buried lines, regrading and French drains: the outside fixes that often keep a basement dry for a fraction of the price.

Called efflorescence. Minerals left behind by moisture.
