I sent a list of nine things on a Sunday night. Ana texted back Monday with what fit in a half day and what needed a plumber. Theo finished eight of the nine and left a note about the ninth.
Omaha handyman since 2016
A sticky door, a TV to mount, two holes in the drywall and a dresser still in the box. Write it all down. We size the visit, give you the price, and finish it in one trip.
Saturday's list
5 tasks, about 4 hours. Half day, from $340
How a visit works
Add every task online, or text us photos. Big, small, half-remembered: put it all down.
Ana reads your list within one business day and confirms the time block, the price range, and anything that needs a licensed trade.
A two-hour arrival window, a text when we are on the way, and a van stocked so we rarely leave for parts.
Every line comes back marked done, needs a part, or needs a trade, with photos. Pay by card at the end.

Our line
A good handyman saves you money by saying no at the right time. We do the small and medium jobs that fill a to-do list. Wiring, gas, moving pipes and structural work go to licensed trades, and we tell you that before we book, not halfway through the visit.
On our list
Needs a licensed trade
If it needs a license or a permit, it is not on our list. We tell you on the phone, and we point you to a licensed pro we trust.
Prices up front
Hourly, weekdays
$89 an hour, from
Two-hour minimum. After the first two hours we bill in 15-minute steps. Saturdays from $99.
Happy homeowners
What people remember is not the TV mount. It is that we showed up in the window, finished the list, and told them straight when something was not ours to do.

He marked the studs and the height with painter's tape and asked me to sign off before drilling a single hole. The TV is dead level and the cords are hidden in a cover that matches the wall.
Two short visits, just like they said. I genuinely cannot find the patch now. Darnell even found the paint code on my old can.
Great work on the wardrobe and the bed. It took about an hour longer than the estimate because one panel arrived cracked, but Marco called us before going over and the hourly rate was what we were quoted.
Old caulk out, new caulk in, and the line along the tile is actually clean. She fixed our running toilet while the caulk set.
Our 1960s house has no straight walls. Theo scribed the baseboard to fit instead of caulking huge gaps. Saw set up in the garage, and not a speck of dust in the house.
Laid out all eight frames on the floor first, then on the wall in tape. The mirror is on a proper cleat now instead of one nail. Worth the $25 trip fee from Bellevue.

Pricing, trip fees, materials and what we will not touch. The short answers are here.
Both. Common jobs (TV mounting, assembly, drywall patches) have published price ranges. Lists of small tasks are billed by the hour from $89, with a two-hour minimum, or as a half or full day.
Yes. Our minimum visit is two hours, so one small job costs the same as two or three. Most people add a few more things to the list to make the trip count.
New or moved wiring, gas lines, water heaters, moving pipes, structural walls, roofs and anything that needs a permit. Those need a licensed trade, and we will point you to one we trust.
Either. You can have parts ready, or we pick them up at cost plus a flat $25 shop run, and you see the receipt. Small supplies like screws, anchors and caulk are included up to $15 a job.
Yes, for one year. If something we fixed or installed fails because of our work, we come back and make it right at no charge.
Send us everything that needs doing. We will tell you what fits in one visit, what it costs, and what needs a licensed trade, within one business day.
