About Listwell
Built around the to-do list
Two people, one shared idea: most homes do not need five contractors. They need one good visit with the whole list in hand.
Our story
It started with a fridge list
Theo Brandt spent 14 years hanging doors and trim for builders. Neighbors kept asking him to "just look at one thing," and the one thing was always a list on the fridge: a door, a shelf, a hole in the wall, a dresser in a box.
In 2016 he and Ana started Listwell around that list. Ana reads every one before it is booked, sizes the visit, and flags anything that needs a licensed trade. Theo and the crew show up with the right parts and work it top to bottom.
We are still small on purpose: five people, two vans, one shop in Midtown Omaha. That is how we keep the same faces coming back to the same houses.
- 2016 Started in Omaha
- 3,100 Visits since then
- 5 People, two vans
- 1 yr Workmanship guarantee
How we work
Four rules on the van wall
- The list is the plan We work your list in your order. Nothing gets added without asking you first.
- Clean as we go Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, boxes gone. You should not need to tidy up after us.
- Say no when it is not ours Wiring, gas, structure and permits go to licensed pros. We tell you before the visit, not during it.
- On time, or a text Two-hour arrival windows, and a text when we leave the last job. If we run late, you hear it from us.
Meet the crew
Everyone is a Listwell employee, not a subcontractor, and passes a background check before their first visit.

Insured, checked, and honest about licenses
General liability insured. We email the certificate on request. Every handyman passes a background check. We are not electricians, plumbers or general contractors, and we do not pretend to be: work that needs a trade license or a permit goes to a licensed pro.
