Honey-do lists Top to bottom

Book a block of time and hand us the list. We work top to bottom until it is done or the time is up.

How we do it

This is what we were built for. Write down everything, big or small, and send it with a few photos. Ana reads it the same day and tells you what fits in two hours, a half day or a full day.

On the day, we work your list in the order you set. Before we leave, every line is marked: done, needs a part, or needs a licensed trade.

  • Your order, your priorities
  • Every line marked before we leave

Price list

What it usually costs

Ranges cover typical Omaha-area homes. Labor and basic supplies are in the price; parts are extra unless the line says otherwise. We confirm the number before we book.

Mixing jobs on one visit?

Lists are billed by the hour from $89 (two-hour minimum), or as a half day from $340. Usually that works out cheaper than the per-job prices added up.

  • Two-hour visit (3 to 5 small tasks) 2 hrs from $178
  • Half day (6 to 10 small tasks) 4 hrs from $340
  • Full day (10+ tasks or one bigger job) 8 hrs from $640
  • Saturday half day 4 hrs from $380
  • Spring or fall home check visit 2 to 3 hrs $189 to $279

Honey-do lists: where our part stops

On our list

  • Two hours, a half day or a full day
  • Your order, your priorities
  • Every line marked before we leave
  • Anything on the price list above

Needs a licensed trade

  • Anything with wiring, gas or moving pipes → Licensed electrician or plumber
  • Whole-room painting → A painting company (we patch and touch up)
  • Hauling old furniture or junk → A junk removal company

If it needs a license or a permit, it is not on our list. We tell you on the phone, and we point you to a licensed pro we trust.

Questions about lists

What if we do not finish the list?

We work in the order you set, so the important things get done first. Whatever is left is written up with a time estimate, and you can book the rest whenever suits you.

What if we finish early?

On an hourly visit you pay for the time used (two-hour minimum). On a half or full day we ask what else is on your mind, and if there is nothing, we bill the hours we were there.

I sent a list of nine things on a Sunday night. Ana texted back Monday with what fit in a half day and what needed a plumber. Theo finished eight of the nine and left a note about the ninth.

Booked a two-hour visit for three things and they were done in an hour and forty. Billed for the two-hour minimum, as the site says. No surprises.
