Carpentry from $109

Carpentry & trim Cut to fit

Interior doors, baseboards, casing, stair parts and simple closet builds, measured and cut on site.

How we do it

Theo spent 14 years as a finish carpenter before Listwell. Doors and trim are still the work we like best.

We set up the saw in your garage or driveway, cut to fit the room you actually have (old houses are never square), then caulk and fill so it is ready for paint.

What it usually costs

Ranges cover typical Omaha-area homes. Labor and basic supplies are in the price; parts are extra unless the line says otherwise. We confirm the number before we book.

Questions about carpentry

Can you match the trim in an older house?

Often. Big-box profiles cover most homes built after 1970. For older homes we bring samples, and if nothing matches we will say so before we cut anything.

Do you build decks?

No. New decks need a permit and a licensed builder. We replace a few rotted boards, fix a railing or rehang a gate, and that is where our line is.

  • Baseboard
  • Quarter round

Our 1960s house has no straight walls. Theo scribed the baseboard to fit instead of caulking huge gaps. Saw set up in the garage, and not a speck of dust in the house.

New bedroom door hung and a closet shelf built in one half day. They texted a photo of the finished list before they even pulled out of the driveway.
