Two ways to pay. By the hour for a list of small jobs, or a fixed range for a single common job. Either way, you know the number before we book.

By the hour

Time blocks for lists

Weekdays from $89 an hour, Saturdays from $99. After the first two hours we bill in 15-minute steps. Half and full days cost less per hour.

Flat, by zone

  • Zone 1 No trip fee

    Omaha, Ralston, La Vista

  • Zone 2 $25 trip fee

    Bellevue, Papillion, Elkhorn, Bennington, Carter Lake, Council Bluffs

  • Zone 3 $45 trip fee

    Gretna, Springfield, Valley, Blair, Glenwood

    Half-day minimum, so the drive is worth it for both of us.

Full service area

The fine print, in big print

Materials
Have parts ready, or we pick them up at cost plus a flat $25 shop run. You see the receipt. Screws, anchors, caulk and shims are included up to $15 a job.
Arrival windows
Two hours, picked by you. We text when we leave the job before yours.
Changing your visit
Free to move or cancel up to 24 hours before. Later than that, a $50 fee, because the slot is hard to fill.
Paying
Card, bank transfer or check when the visit is done. No deposit for visits under a full day.
Guarantee
One year on our workmanship. If something we fixed fails because of our work, we come back free.
Estimates
Free. Send the list and photos and we size it. Bigger carpentry jobs get a free visit in Zone 1.
