  Told us we didn't need the air test

  Musty smell in the back bedroom closet. Dana found a slow leak at the shower valve behind the wall, showed us the readings on her meter, and said testing wouldn't tell us anything new. Report came the next morning.

  Our buyer's inspector flagged dark staining in the attic. Westvane traced it to a bath fan venting into the attic, wrote a clear scope the buyers' agent could read, and finished with time to spare.

  The mold work was tidy and fast. Getting the drywall rebuild on the calendar took longer than I hoped, though they told me up front that a separate crew handles it.
