We inspect the kitchen and bathrooms with a flashlight and monitors — hinges, motor housings, drawer runners — to map where the population actually lives.

Gel bait + insect growth regulator
Placed in cracks and voids where roaches feed, not sprayed across counters. The growth regulator stops the next generation; the bait removes this one.

No repellent sprays in kitchens
Repellents scatter roaches deeper into voids and contaminate bait. It's the most common DIY mistake we undo.

Monitors and a follow-up
Numbered glue monitors track the decline. A follow-up visit at 2–3 weeks is included in every roach job because one visit is rarely honest.

Your prep checklist
Ten minutes of prep does more for results than an extra gallon of anything we could spray. Here's the whole list — nothing hidden until the confirmation email.
- Empty the cabinets under and beside the sink; leave the rest
- Wash dishes and clear counters the night before
- Vacuum visible droppings if you can — it helps us read fresh activity
- Store pet food in sealed containers and pick up bowls overnight
- Don't use bug bombs or sprays before the visit — they make baiting fail

- Plan on two visits: initial plus the included follow-up at 2–3 weeks
- Heavy infestations in multi-unit buildings can't be fully solved from one unit — we'll say so and put it in writing for your landlord
