Family Immigration Law Ibarra Lindqvist

Attorneys and staff

The people on your case

Three attorneys and two staff members. An attorney handles every consultation, every filing and every interview. Three of us, including our founding attorney, speak Spanish with you at every step.

Attorneys

Founding attorney

Marisol Ibarra

Marisol grew up in Pilsen translating letters from immigration offices for her parents at the kitchen table. She started the firm in 2012 so families would have a lawyer who explains every step in the language they think in.

She leads the firm's waiver work and reads every hardship file before it is filed. Clients say she is the calmest person in the room at an interview.

He runs the firm's free citizenship question nights a few times a year, in partnership with neighborhood libraries.
