Family immigration services
Seven kinds of family case, one careful process. Pick the one that fits, or book a consultation and we will tell you.
What is family-based immigration?
It is the path to a green card through a family relationship: a U.S. citizen or green card holder sponsors a spouse, fiancé(e), parent, child, brother or sister. It is separate from work visas, and it has its own forms, its own lines and its own rules.
Almost every case starts with one petition, Form I-130 (or Form I-129F for a fiancé). What comes next depends on who you are sponsoring and where they live today.

Not sure which one fits?
Many families need two of these at once, like a petition and a waiver. Tell us about your family and we will map the route in the consultation, in English or Spanish.
