Alderport · Luxury representation, by appointment

About · The agent

Fewer houses, sold properly.

I have represented Alderport homes since 2012. I keep the number small on purpose, so every seller gets the full method and the same person from the first walkthrough to the wire.

The story

I came to Alderport in 2012 to sell new towers on Meridian Quay for a developer. The work taught me how fast a market can move. It also taught me how often a beautiful home gets launched like stock on a shelf: a few photos, a price, and hope.

That same year I opened my own desk with one rule. Each house would get the time a good house deserves: repairs first, then staging, then photographs taken at dusk, then a written story that a buyer could repeat at dinner. That rule capped me at about eighteen sales a year. I kept the cap.

Fourteen years later I still work only four neighborhoods, I still show every home myself, and I still answer my own phone. Most of my clients now come from earlier clients. I take that as the only review that really counts.

What I hold to

Four rules I have kept for fourteen years

Fewer houses, done properly

Eighteen launches a year is a ceiling, not a target. It is the number at which every seller still gets my full attention.

The truth, in writing

Pricing advice, launch plans and offer comparisons arrive on paper. My sold record shows every sale, including the two that dipped.

Discretion by default

Private sales, no signs, no personal photos online and showings to verified buyers only, whenever a client asks for it.

One door, open to everyone

Every buyer and seller is served the same way under fair housing law. I describe homes and prices, never who should live where.

The masthead

A small team, and one name on every conversation

Like a good magazine, every launch has a short list of credits. The people below work on every house I sell. Only one of them negotiates.

Principal agent

Olivia Voss

Every walkthrough, every private showing and every negotiation, start to finish.

Stager

Celine Marlow

Has dressed every launch for six years. Her furniture stays in the house until closing.

Dusk photographer

Jonah Pell

Shoots the last forty minutes of light, over as many evenings as a house needs.

Transaction coordinator

Ada Quintero

Keeps inspections, appraisals and paperwork on schedule so nothing slips before the wire.

Private consultation

Meet me before you decide.

Thirty minutes, at the desk or at your house. You will know quickly whether my way of working suits your home, and I will tell you honestly if it does not.
