How the math works
Every dollar of revenue only returns your margin as profit. To cover your ad spend plus the management fee, your profit has to equal or beat spend plus fee. So the revenue you need is (spend plus fee) divided by your margin, and breakeven ROAS is that revenue divided by your ad spend.
