Assumptions and limits

We look for CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, WhatConverts, Marchex, Invoca, Google Ads call forwarding and common number swap code.
Because no JavaScript runs, we see the default number, before any swap. That is also what Google reads.
Phone numbers are found by pattern. North American formats are matched best; other formats need a leading + to be picked up.
We fetch the page once, as an anonymous visitor with no cookies, from Cloudflare's network.
No JavaScript is executed. Anything a script adds after the page loads is invisible to this check.
It is one sample, taken now. Pages that vary by location, device or time can answer differently for someone else.
Each fetch waits up to 10 seconds, follows up to 10 redirects and reads up to 1 MB.
We don't store the address you check or the result. You can run 30 checks every 10 minutes.
