Assumptions and limits

robots.txt is read the way Google reads it: the Googlebot group if there is one, otherwise the * group, with the longest matching rule winning.
The sitemap check reads the first sitemap in robots.txt (or /sitemap.xml) and up to 5 child sitemaps.
This tells you whether Google is allowed to index the page, not whether it has. Search Console's URL Inspection shows the real status.
We fetch the page once, as an anonymous visitor with no cookies, from Cloudflare's network.
No JavaScript is executed. Anything a script adds after the page loads is invisible to this check.
It is one sample, taken now. Pages that vary by location, device or time can answer differently for someone else.
Each fetch waits up to 10 seconds, follows up to 10 redirects and reads up to 1 MB.
We don't store the address you check or the result. You can run 30 checks every 10 minutes.
