How we work

The consultation is the treatment plan — and sometimes it's the whole answer

  1. Medical consultation

    History, medications, anatomy, and what you actually want. You leave with a written plan and quote — never a same-day needle.

  2. A plan you approve

    Units, syringes, sessions, and totals in plain numbers, valid for 60 days. Take it home; good decisions survive a night's sleep.

  3. Conservative treatment

    We dose at the careful end on purpose. Under-treating costs a free review; over-treating costs you months.

  4. The two-week review

    Complimentary, booked before you leave, and where results are actually judged — against the plan, together.

Safety, out loud

Ask any clinic these questions. Here are our answers.

Who injects, and who handles a complication?
A physician, an RN, or an NP — named when you book. Dr. Sethi is the physician on call for complications, and every injector drills vascular-occlusion protocol quarterly.
Is the dissolver on site?
Hyaluronidase is stocked and in date — which is also why we only place reversible hyaluronic-acid fillers.
Will you say no?
Yes, kindly and with reasons — when you're pregnant or breastfeeding, when a medication rules something out, or when the honest answer is that the treatment won't do what you're hoping.
