Why a consultation before booking?
Because the right protocol depends on the answer — not the price list. Patients who book without a consultation tend to over-treat. We'd rather take 30 minutes than place 1.5 mL we both regret.
Can I do same-day treatment?
Sometimes — for returning patients on established protocols. New patients always consult first; we don't waver on this.
What if I bring photos / examples?
Welcome. Reference images help. We'll talk through what's actually realistic with your bone structure, fat pad anatomy, and history. Often the answer is something different than what's in the picture.
What if you tell me 'no'?
We do, regularly. About 8% of consults end with 'this isn't the right time' or 'we're not the right practice.' We provide a referral when we can.
