Is a membership necessary?
No. About 60% of our patients are non-members; they pay per-treatment. Memberships make sense at 4+ treatments/year.

Can I pause or cancel?
Pause: 2 months/year free. Cancel: 30 days notice, no fee. Unused credits expire at cancellation; that's the only catch we make a point of.
Q · 03
Do credits work for filler?
Service credits cover labor + injection time but not the syringe cost. Filler members get the placement free; they pay product cost only.

What happens if I move away?
Membership pauses immediately. We can refer you to a peer practice in your new city if we have one — usually we do.
