How we do it

Fresh lines make a lot safer and easier to use, and faded accessible stalls are a liability. We restripe existing layouts, or draw a new one that fits the lot and meets the municipality's rules for accessible stalls and fire lanes.

We paint on a dry surface at 10°C and rising, and at least 24 hours after any sealcoat. Most lots are striped early in the morning or after hours.

Questions we get

More in the full FAQ.

How often should a lot be restriped?

Usually every 2 to 3 years, and always after a sealcoat. Busy entrances and drive-thru lanes may need it yearly.

Can you add more stalls?

Often, yes. A new layout can gain a few stalls, but accessible stall counts and aisle widths come first.

Do you do warehouse floors or sports courts?

No. We stick to asphalt lots, lanes and driveways, and we'll point you to someone who does.
