Strength, Strength + Conditioning, or Olympic. Every program is built on accumulation / intensification / realization blocks. Your coach knows what week you’re in. The board says it.

Strength
PROGRAM 01
4 days / week · 8-week mesocycle

Strength

Heavy compound work — squat, bench, deadlift, press. Linear or undulating periodization. The default program for most members. Logged on the floor; reviewed Sunday with your coach.

Strength + Conditioning
PROGRAM 02
5 days / week · 8-week mesocycle

Strength + Conditioning

Strength sessions plus 12 — 20 minutes of metabolic work at the end. The hybrid program — most popular at 30+ stores. Volume scaled to match work capacity, not the other way around.

Olympic Lifting
PROGRAM 03
3 — 4 days / week · 12-week macro

Olympic Lifting

Snatch + clean & jerk + accessory. Coached at every store by USAW Level 2+. Limited to 8 platforms per session. Open competitions held at-store every quarter.

    Periodization, not vibes

    Every program is built on accumulation / intensification / realization blocks. Your coach knows what week you're in. The board says it.

  2. 02 /

    Logged or it didn't happen

    Every set tracked, every RPE logged, every PR boarded. The Sunday review depends on the data; we won't pretend otherwise.

  3. 03 /

    Heavy iron, not heavy on equipment

    Squat racks, platforms, free weights, GHDs, reverse-hypers. We don't have a Pilates studio attached. We don't have a juice bar.

  4. 04 /

    Open 24 / 7

    Premium tier opens the doors at any hour. Most stores have 60% of monthly volume between 5 — 8 am and 5 — 8 pm.
