Bring an ID. Front desk hands you a 7-day RFID tag and a coach intake form. Two minutes. Walk to the floor.
- DAY 02
Movement screen
30-min screen with a coach. Squat, hinge, push, pull, carry. We baseline you. The coach writes the first 7 days from this.
- DAY 03
First coached class
Pick any class on the schedule. Coach has your screen on hand and adjusts loads in real time.
- DAY 05
Second coached class
Different class type, different coach. Most lifters by this point have a tier they want.
- DAY 07
Talk to membership
30-min sit-down with a manager. We make a recommendation; we don't push. About 70% convert; the others get a discount on a day-pack if they want to come back.

Is the trial actually free?
Yes. Bring an ID. No credit card on file. No autocharge. We don't run that game.
Can I bring guests during the trial?
No — the trial is single-person. Bring guests once you sign on as a member.
What if I don't sign up after?
Then you don't. We'll send one follow-up email two weeks later asking why; if you want to come back at any point in the next year, the trial extends to 14 days.
Do I have to do classes?
No. The trial includes full floor access. Classes are recommended — that's where coached programming lives — but open lift is fine.
