Atlas Strong (45 min)
Barbell-based strength class. Squats, deadlifts, presses, rows. Coached form, progressive loading. 4 levels by experience. The most popular Iron Atlas class — typically 12-16 members per session.
Heavy Hour (60 min)
Powerlifting-focused. Squat-bench-deadlift cycle with accessory work. Members track lifts in the app. Coached by NSCA-certified trainers. Pre-requisite: Atlas Strong basics.
Olympic Lifting Lab (90 min)
Snatch + clean & jerk technique class. Available at 18 flagship clubs. Coached by USAW-certified instructors. Beginner + intermediate tracks.
Iron HIIT (45 min)
Strength + conditioning blend. Kettlebells, sandbags, sleds. Heart rate-tracked. High calorie burn (avg 480 cal). 5 days per week at every club.
Bootcamp (45 min)
Functional training circuit. Mix of strength, cardio, plyometrics. Outdoor in summer at clubs with patio space. Beginner-friendly modifications offered.
Strength Foundations (60 min)
Beginner-focused strength. Bodyweight + light resistance. Form-first teaching. Perfect for members new to lifting. Free unlimited enrollment for new members.

Iron Cycle (45 min)
Indoor cycling on commercial-grade bikes. Heart rate-driven intervals. 5-7 sessions per day at every club. Beginner-friendly — no experience required.
Cycle Power (60 min)
Performance cycling — power-based intervals on the Wattbike-style consoles. Members compete on monthly leaderboards (anonymous if preferred).
Boxing 101 (45 min)
Heavy-bag-based boxing fundamentals. Stance, jabs, crosses, hooks, footwork. No partner required. Mitts available for advanced classes.
Box + Burn (45 min)
Boxing + HIIT hybrid. Heart-rate-driven. 30 minutes boxing, 15 minutes conditioning. High calorie burn (avg 520 cal). Available at 90+ clubs.
Run Club (60 min)
Treadmill + outdoor running club. Distance + pace workouts. Coached pacing. Available at 60+ clubs Tuesdays + Saturdays.
Endurance Athletes (90 min)
Marathon + triathlon prep training. Long intervals, tempo runs, brick workouts. Coached by USATF-certified trainers. Available at 25 select clubs.

Hot Yoga (60 min)
Heated to 95-100°F. Vinyasa flow + power yoga + restorative blocks. 200hr+ certified instructors. Mat rental $3 or bring your own.
Vinyasa Flow (60 min)
Traditional vinyasa. Strength + flexibility + breath. All levels welcome. Modifications offered for every pose. 5 sessions per day at every club.
Yin Yoga (75 min)
Long-hold passive postures. 3-7 minutes per pose. Connective tissue + flexibility focus. Slower pace. Most members new to yoga start here.
Mobility + Recovery (45 min)
Foam rolling, banded stretches, dynamic mobility. Designed to follow heavy training days. Especially popular with Atlas Strong members.
Pilates (60 min)
Mat pilates focused on core + posture + alignment. Available at 80+ clubs. PMA-certified instructors at flagship locations.
Barre (45 min)
Ballet-inspired strength + flexibility class. Small movements, high reps. Particularly effective for legs + glutes + core. Available at 50+ clubs.
How classes work

Reservation + check-in

Reserve 14 days out
Use the Iron Atlas app to book. Reservation window opens 14 days before the class at midnight. Popular classes (Atlas Strong, Iron Cycle) fill 7 days out at flagship clubs.
Waitlist available
If a class is full, join the waitlist. Notifications via the app when a spot opens. Avg 60-70% of waitlisted members get into class.
Check in 15 min before
Arrive 15 min before class. Check in at the studio (separate from main check-in). Instructors close enrollment 5 min before to be fair to those checked in.
Cancellation policy
Cancel free up to 6 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows: $10 fee. Member-friendly policy — most members forget once a year and we waive on request.
Walk-ins (when space allows)
Some clubs allow walk-ins if space remains 10 min before class. Ask the front desk. App reservations always have priority.
