Six classes.
All coached.
Every class on the schedule has a USAW or NSCA-certified coach on the floor. We don’t run unsupervised “open gym” classes. Every block. Every session. The board says what’s on, who’s coaching, and where the programming sits in the cycle.

Strength I — fundamentals
Squat, bench, deadlift, press technique with sub-maximal loads. Built for new lifters and members returning from a long break. Coached by USAW Level 1+.

Strength II — periodized
Heavy compound work with prescribed loads, RPE-based auto-regulation, accessory blocks. The default class for ~60% of standing members.

Olympic Lifting
Snatch + clean & jerk + accessories. USAW Level 2+ coached. Single-platform per lifter. Quarterly in-store competitions held the last weekend of every block.

Strongman
Atlas stones, log press, yoke walk, farmer's carry, sandbag work. We have full strongman equipment at 12 of 32 stores. Heavy. Loud. The class our retention tells us is most-sticky.

S+C Hybrid
Strength block + 12 — 20 minute conditioning piece. The class for members who want both barbell volume and metabolic work in a single session. Most-attended class on the schedule.

Conditioning Only
Pure metabolic work. Sled, sandbag, kettlebell, GHD, AirBike. Programmed by intensity zones (Z1 — Z5), not by exhaustion. For active recovery + sub-max conditioning.

Class schedule for an average store. Times shift by ±30 minutes between locations (corporate flexes for local commute patterns). Open lift is permitted Sat — Sun after the last coached class.
