Iron Atlas hires NSCA-CSCS, USAW Level 1+, and CSCCa-certified coaches. Programming time is paid. Schedules are stable. We promote from inside. Below: thirty-four open roles across coach, manager, and HQ tiers.
Coach the floor during open hours. Class instruction (S+C, Strength I/II), one-on-one form correction, programming review with members. Required: NSCA-CSCS or USAW Level 1+.
Run the 1:1 hybrid coaching tier. Manage 8 — 14 athletes per coach. Block-based programming, weekly review calls, video form review. Required: NSCA-CSCS + 5+ years coaching.
Run the Olympic class three to five times a week. Quarterly in-house competitions. Required: USAW Level 2+ minimum, Level 3 preferred.
Run strongman class three days a week. Atlas, log, yoke, sandbag. Required: 3+ years strongman programming experience + a sub-elite competitive resume.
Run a store end-to-end. P&L, hiring, equipment maintenance, member acquisition. We promote from coach into store-manager in 65% of cases.
Lead the programming team. Audit every block across 32 stores. Set the spec. Required: 10+ years coaching + a published programming book or peer-reviewed work.

Floor coach base wages are 30 — 40% above market in every city. We don't take tips off the floor; coaches keep 100% of any 1:1 fees.
Coaching schedules are posted four weeks out. We don't run on-call shifts. Once posted, they don't change unless you ask us to.
1:1 coaches get 4 paid hours/week to write programs. Floor coaches get 2 hours/week for class prep. We don't pretend that's free labor.
