Member Experience Lead

Downtown · Full-time · on-site

$21–$25/hr + benefits

Own the front of house at the flagship: tours, joins, day passes, and the standard that the first five minutes of every visit feel easy.

What you'll do

  • Run tours and the join process for walk-ins and booked trials
  • Lead a team of four front-desk staff across opening and closing shifts
  • Handle membership changes, freezes, and cancellations without the runaround
  • Keep the entry, shop, and towel desk stocked and sharp

What you'll need

  • 2+ years front-of-house or retail lead experience
  • Comfortable owning a sales number without pressure tactics
  • Weekend availability, one of the two days

Personal Trainer (Coach tier)

Any club · Full-time or part-time · any club

$34–$48 per session + floor hours

Coach real people through their first year of training. We hand you clients from Kickoff packs and starting-point sessions — you keep them by being good.

What you'll do

  • Deliver 1:1 sessions and Kickoff assessment packs
  • Write simple, honest programs in the Iron Atlas app
  • Cover floor hours: rack help, form checks, member questions
  • Progress toward Senior Coach via our internal education budget

What you'll need

  • Current NASM / ACE / NSCA certification (or equivalent)
  • CPR/AED certified
  • You lift, and you can explain why a beginner shouldn't train like you

Group Coach — Boxing

RiNo · Part-time · evenings + Saturday

$45–$60 per class

Lead Twelve Rounds on the RiNo fight floor: 45 minutes, ten bags, up to 24 people who need you louder than the playlist.

What you'll do

  • Coach 4–6 Twelve Rounds classes per week
  • Teach clean fundamentals — stance, guard, the first four punches
  • Keep total beginners and ex-competitors in the same room, both working
  • Wrap-check and glove-fit newcomers before the bell

What you'll need

  • Boxing or kickboxing coaching background (amateur corner time counts)
  • Group-fitness instruction experience
  • Tuesday/Thursday evenings + Saturday morning availability
