Bring your own group
If you have 2-4 friends who want to train together, we’ll match you with a trainer. Schedule consistent recurring time slots. Works well for accountability.
Small-group vs. 1:1
Small-group costs ~40% less. Less individualized attention but more accountability. Members who self-coach well + want consistency often prefer small-group.
Getting started

The PT process

  1. 1

  2. 2

Based on consultation, match with a specific trainer. First paid session is the trial — if you don’t click, switch trainers, no penalty.
  3. 3
    Program design
After 1-2 sessions, trainer designs your program. 4-12 week phases. Strength + cardio + mobility balance based on goals. Updated monthly.
  4. 4
    Train + track progress
Sessions + at-home work tracked in the app. Trainer reviews + adjusts program weekly. Most members see meaningful progress in 8-12 weeks.
