Sustainable transformations

Marcus T., 34 — Lost 65 lbs in 18 months
‘I was 280 lbs and miserable. Joined All-Club in 2023, started with 4-pack PT for accountability, then transitioned to self-coached lifting + cycling. 215 lbs now and I lift more than I ever have. Iron Atlas gave me a place to figure it out without judgment.’ — Phoenix, AZ
Priya R., 41 — Lost 35 lbs, gained strength
‘Postpartum and frustrated. Joined small-group strength training. Lost the baby weight (35 lbs) over 12 months and now squat 215 — more than pre-pregnancy. The small-group format was everything for me — accountability without 1:1 cost.’ — San Diego, CA
James K., 52 — Lost 90 lbs over 3 years
‘Doctor told me I was pre-diabetic. Started day passes, then membership, then PT. Slow and steady — 30 lbs the first year, 30 the second, 30 the third. No more pre-diabetes. Iron Atlas was patient with me when I’d disappear for months.’ — Las Vegas, NV
Strength + power

From beginner to advanced lifter

Elena V., 29 — From 0 to 245 lb deadlift
‘Never lifted before age 26. Took Strength Foundations, then Atlas Strong, then Heavy Hour. 3 years later I deadlift 245 (1.7x bodyweight). Won my first powerlifting meet last fall. The community of women lifters at Iron Atlas changed my life.’ — Denver, CO
Damon S., 38 — From 185 to 425 lb squat
‘Average gym-goer for 5 years, plateaued. Joined Heavy Hour with a coach. Two years of consistent programming and 425 squat / 365 bench / 535 deadlift now. I never would have pushed that hard alone.’ — Austin, TX
Aisha P., 33 — Trained for 1st powerlifting meet
‘Iron Atlas trainer prepped me for my first sanctioned meet. 12 weeks of focused programming. Hit my goal numbers + finished 2nd in my weight class. The Olympic lifting platform at the flagship made all the difference for technique work.’ — Sacramento, CA
Endurance + athletics

Marathon, triathlon, sport

Michael R., 45 — Sub-3-hour marathon at 45
‘Started running at 38, hit a wall at 3:15. Joined Endurance Athletes program at Iron Atlas — coached by a USATF-certified runner. Brought my time to 2:58 at age 45. The treadmill workouts in winter saved my training.’ — Portland, OR
Sarah L., 31 — First Ironman
‘Used Iron Atlas pool for swim training, treadmills for run training, cycling studio for bike training. The all-club access meant I could swim at the flagship in the morning and bike at the closer-to-work club at lunch. Finished my first Ironman in 12:14.’ — Las Vegas, NV
Carlos M., 27 — D1 wrestling prep
‘Iron Atlas Phoenix flagship has Olympic lifts + sandbag training + sled work. Trained there 4 years through college wrestling. All-American twice. Iron Atlas was my home gym for the off-season.’ — Tempe, AZ
Recovery + health

Injury rehab, aging well, life events

Janelle T., 64 — Post-knee-replacement recovery
‘Knee replacement at 62. Doctor said I’d need physical therapy + a long rehab. Iron Atlas trainer worked with my PT, designed a 9-month progressive program. 2 years later I’m hiking, lifting, and stronger than before surgery. Senior fitness here is excellent.’ — Tucson, AZ
Robert C., 58 — Post-cancer recovery
‘After chemo I’d lost 30 lbs of muscle. Iron Atlas trainer (PROnatal-cert + senior fitness) rebuilt me carefully over 18 months. Now I’m 195 lbs (back to pre-cancer) and stronger. The patience of my trainer was extraordinary.’ — Seattle, WA
Mira P., 38 — Pre/post-natal training
‘Trained through both pregnancies with Iron Atlas pre-natal-certified trainer. Diastasis recti rehab postpartum. Returned to lifting 12 weeks postpartum. Both kids healthy, body strong. Iron Atlas understands pregnant women.’ — Houston, TX

Best part: nobody cares what you look like or what you lift. I’m 4’11’’ and 95 lbs. I lift smaller weights than most. Nobody ever made me feel weird about it. The space is genuinely welcoming.

The trainer match process is real. They asked about my goals, my schedule, my training experience, and my personality. Matched me with someone who pushed me but didn’t crush me. 2 years later we still work together.
