Sick visits
Same-day slots held every weekday morning for coughs, ear pain, rashes, UTIs and other things that shouldn't wait.
- 15 to 20 minutes
- Both clinics, Saturday mornings at East
Each clinic holds sick-visit slots open every weekday morning, and East keeps some on Saturday. They fill quickly in cold and flu season, so call when we open or book online. If today is full, we'll offer a video visit if it fits, or tell you honestly where to go instead.

Call or book online
Same-day slots open when the clinics do. Booking online works too, and you'll see which clinic has room.
-
Seen by someone who knows you
Your own clinician if they're in, or a teammate like Grace Kim, who sends a note to your clinician afterward.
-
Quick tests on site
Rapid strep, flu and COVID swabs and urine tests are done during the visit when they're needed.
-
A check-in afterward
If you're not improving as expected, message us through the portal and we'll sort out the next step.
What to bring
- Photo ID and insurance card
- A list of symptoms and when they started
- Any medicines you've already tried
- For kids: their weight if you know it, and the thermometer reading

Questions people ask
Can I just walk in?
We're not a walk-in clinic. Call or book online and we'll give you a time. It keeps the waiting room calmer, and sick people aren't sitting next to newborns for an hour.
What if there's no same-day slot?
We'll check the other clinic, offer a video visit if your symptoms suit one, or point you to an urgent care that takes your plan. We'll never leave you guessing.
Do you see kids for sick visits?
Yes, from newborns up. Tell us the child's age when you call so we can book the right length of visit.
