Telehealth visits

Video visits with your own clinicians for follow-ups, medicine checks, rashes and questions that don't need an exam table.

  • 15 to 20 minutes
  • From home, anywhere in Wisconsin

Plenty of visits don't need a drive. Video visits run every weekday, with evening slots on Tuesday and Thursday, and you see the same clinicians you see in person. Your first visit as a new patient is in person, so we can meet you and do an exam.

Book this visit for

  • Follow-ups for blood pressure, diabetes or thyroid
  • Medicine refills and check-ins
  • Mental health follow-ups
  • Rashes and skin questions (upload a photo first)
  • Going over lab or imaging results
  • Urinary symptoms in adult women without warning signs

When to go somewhere else

  • Chest pain or trouble breathing: call 911
  • Injuries that need to be examined or X-rayed
  • Ear pain in young children (we need to look in the ear)
  • Physicals and first visits for new patients

If this is an emergency, call 911.

That includes chest pain or pressure, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding or a serious injury. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

Questions people ask

Do I need to be at home?

You can be anywhere private, as long as you're in Wisconsin during the visit. That's where our clinicians are licensed.

Can a new patient start with a video visit?

Your first visit is in person so we can meet and examine you. After that, video works well for many follow-ups.

Is it private?

We use a secure video service, and your clinician joins from a private room. Choose a private spot on your end too.
