PIVOT Physical Therapy

Services

Narrow on purpose

We do four things, deliberately. Each is one-on-one with the same physical therapist, measured against your own baseline, and priced in plain sight. If your problem lives outside these lanes, we'll tell you — and tell you where to go instead.

Post-op rehab

ACL reconstruction, meniscus, rotator cuff, Achilles — structured rehab that starts where your surgeon's protocol ends and finishes on the field.

  • ACL / ACL+meniscus reconstruction
  • Meniscus repair or debridement
  • Rotator cuff and labral repair

Running injuries

Bone stress injuries, tendinopathy, runner's knee, plantar heel pain — diagnosed with a gait lens and fixed with load management, not rest alone.

  • Bone stress injuries (shin, foot, femur) after medical work-up
  • Achilles, patellar, and proximal hamstring tendinopathy
  • Patellofemoral pain and IT-band syndrome

Return to strength

The bridge between 'done with rehab' and 'actually strong' — coached strength blocks with objective testing until both sides match.

  • Athletes discharged from rehab but nowhere near baseline
  • Post-op patients cleared for progressive loading by their surgeon
  • Runners and skiers who have never strength trained and keep re-tweaking

Gait analysis

A 90-minute filmed running assessment — treadmill video, strength screen, and a written report you can actually train from.

  • Runners with a recurring injury pattern
  • Marathoners building for a goal race after a rough block
  • New runners who want a baseline before adding mileage
