Services — Running injuries

Fix the load story, not just the sore spot.

Most running injuries are training-load stories with a biomechanics subplot. We treat both: calm the irritated tissue, find the capacity gap that let it happen, and rebuild your mileage on a schedule your bones and tendons can actually keep.

Who this is for

  • Bone stress injuries (shin, foot, femur) after medical work-up
  • Achilles, patellar, and proximal hamstring tendinopathy
  • Patellofemoral pain and IT-band syndrome
  • Plantar heel pain that outlasted new shoes
  • Runners returning after months off — postpartum, post-injury, post-life

What we actually do

  1. 01 History-first triage: mileage, pace, sleep, fueling, and the three weeks before it hurt
  2. 02 Video gait review on the treadmill when mechanics matter to the diagnosis
  3. 03 Tissue-specific loading: heavy slow resistance for tendons, graded impact for bone
  4. 04 A written walk-run-rebuild progression with clear hold/advance rules
  5. 05 Strength work runners skip — calves, hips, and single-leg control

Honest timelines

Tendons adapt in weeks, bone in months. A typical bone-stress return runs 8–16 weeks depending on grade and site; tendinopathy programs usually show meaningful change by week 6. We tell you which curve you're on.
