Your first session — 75 minutes, $195
Seventy-five minutes, zero mystery
No aides, no hot-pack parking, no mystery. Here is the whole evaluation, minute by minute, so you can walk in knowing exactly what you're paying for.
0–15 min
Your story, properly
The injury, the sport, the season you're aiming at, the training three weeks before it hurt, sleep, previous rehab — the history usually points at the answer before any test does. Bring imaging reports and your training log if you have them.
15–55 min
Baseline testing
Hands-on assessment plus numbers: range of motion, swelling status, side-to-side strength, single-leg control, and — where appropriate — hop or gait screening. Both limbs, written down. Your uninjured side sets the standard we rebuild to.
55–75 min
The plan, in plain words
Where you are, what phase you're in, our best estimate of visits and weeks, and what you'll do between sessions. You leave with the first week's program the same day — and a cost estimate you can hold us to.
Half treatment room, half gym — evaluations use both.
What to bring
- Clothes you can move in — you will move
- The shoes you actually play or run in
- Imaging or operative reports, if any exist
- Your surgeon's protocol, if you're post-op
- A training log or watch data, if you're a runner
- Questions. All of them.
What you leave with
- A written baseline: your numbers, both sides
- Your phase and the gates to the next one
- The first week's program with hold/advance rules
- An honest visit-count and cost estimate
- A superbill, if you're claiming out-of-network
Fresh out of surgery?
Book the evaluation once your surgeon says PT can begin — most protocols start between week one and week three. Bring the protocol document; your first months follow it exactly, and we report your numbers back to the surgical team at every phase gate. More on post-op rehab.
