Services — Post-op rehab
Surgery fixed the tissue. Now rebuild the athlete.
Surgery fixes the tissue. Rehab rebuilds the athlete. We co-manage the early phases with your surgeon's protocol, then take you through the long middle — the months where most rehab quietly stops too soon.
Who this is for
- ACL / ACL+meniscus reconstruction
- Meniscus repair or debridement
- Rotator cuff and labral repair
- Achilles repair and ankle stabilization
- Post-op patients whose 'discharge' still can't cut, land, or throw
What we actually do
- 01 Protocol-faithful early work — range, swelling control, quad/cuff activation — reported back to your surgeon
- 02 Objective strength testing every 4–6 weeks, both limbs, written down
- 03 Progressive loading blocks: isolated strength → capacity → power → landing mechanics
- 04 Sport-specific phases: cutting, decelerating, contact prep, throwing progressions
- 05 A criteria-based return-to-sport test battery before we ever say 'go'
Honest timelines
Post-op timelines are long and honest ones say so: ACL return-to-sport testing rarely makes sense before month 8–9, and your surgeon's clearance always comes first. What we promise is that no month is wasted.
