Services — Gait analysis

See your stride the way we see it.

Not a gadget demo. We film your gait, test the strength and mobility that drive it, and connect what we see to your injury history and training log. You leave with a report, drills, and — only if warranted — cueing changes worth making.

Clinician reviewing motion-capture markers on a runner's calves during a treadmill video gait analysis

Who this is for

  • Runners with a recurring injury pattern
  • Marathoners building for a goal race after a rough block
  • New runners who want a baseline before adding mileage
  • Athletes returning to running after surgery or a bone stress injury

What we actually do

  1. 01 2D video capture on the treadmill at your easy and workout paces
  2. 02 Frame-by-frame review with you — cadence, strike, hip drop, trunk lean
  3. 03 Strength and mobility screen for the drivers behind what the video shows
  4. 04 A written report: findings, drills, cue changes, and what to leave alone
  5. 05 Optional 4-week follow-up to re-film and compare

Honest timelines

One session, one report. Most runners change at most one or two things — cadence and capacity are usually the levers. We will tell you plainly if your gait is fine and your training log is the problem.
